Wp 7.5, which was released under commercial property software license, is the current and latest version! it is developed in C++ programming language, unlike Android, WP a closed source, which means the WP 7.5 and future versions will be released without the source code. Current Windows OS comes in 25 languages and supports over 100,000 mobile apps. It uses Snapdragon Qualcomm chipset, which is based on version 7 or ARM. Lastly, the MicroSoft has already started to create some buzz about their upcoming WP8 OS, which is most likely to release by the 4th quarter of 2012, please note the existing WP 7.5 and older users won’t be able to update to Wp8 as it is not backward compatible.
